16 - Indemnification

Indemnification 

1. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the company and the related parties harmless from any claims, demands, damages, or other losses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your use of the Site, the Software, and/or the Service or any breach by you of these ToU or any other policies that the company may issue for the Site, the Software and/or Service from time to time.
