20 -  Attorneys' Fees

Attorneys' Fees  

1. If either party brings any litigation or arbitration in connection with these ToU, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover from the other party all the reasonable costs, attorneys’ fees, and other expenses incurred by the such prevailing party in the litigation.
