Software application

1. 1.  The Software may only be used in connection with the Service and End User License Agreement and rules, restrictions, or documentation set forth by the software from time to time.
   2.  You understand that the software, in its sole discretion, may at any time, for any reason, suspend or terminate any license thereunder and disable the Software and information you may already have accessed or installed without prior notice.
   3. The software reserves the right to add or remove features or functions to the Software at any time at its sole discretion.
   4.  You may use the basic features package on a device without jailbreaking (iOS) or rooting (Android). However, if you require more features in any other premium or phone and computer packages, you will need to make a jailbreak (iOS) or root (Android), which is a legal procedure according to the final rule of the law Copyright Related Rights Regulations 2003.
   5.  If your device was unlinked from the Software because of an update of your device operating system, you might be able to address customer service at the contact form for the relink. However, it would help if you remembered that you might lose the warranty for your target device operating system and when you relink it, you do it at your own risk.
