After payment successfully for 10 minutes, my account at cPanel was not updated (with 30 days extended - I bought a package of 30 days GOLD). I asked your support team, and they request I provide billing information. Could you let me know what I need to provide now?

We tried to search with your email address in our billing system but did not found. Maybe you used another email address to make the payment.
Please let me know your billing information, such as your Paypal Transaction ID, Order Number, or Invoice Number, to let me check your account, and I will fix your problem immediately.
1) If you make with your card (VISA/Master), please let us know your 4 (four) last numbers, for example, 1234
Please remember 4 last digits ONLY;
DO NOT PROVIDE the security code (CCV - 3-digit number located on the back of the card).
DO NOT PROVIDE the whole card number (with 16 digits).
2) Please let us know your Transaction ID if you make it with the PayPal method.
3) If you pay from our reseller's payment gateway, you will receive an email notification about your transition.
