[Survey] Quarter II of 2021 - about how features work

Dear all,

We are working hard to support all of you and make you satisfied with our product.

The below image shows the percentages of customer satisfaction in quarter II of 2021.

We considered that two features: phone call recording and ambient voice recording, have under 70% satisfaction. It still does not work well 100% with some types of devices. Our team is working hard to develop improvements in these features.
