So far, we support 3 devices for each account.
If you want to track more than 3 devices, please create other emails as different accounts. We will provide the feature to add more than 3 devices to an individual account shortly.
Install the app on the device:
To track an Android device (Samsung, etc.) or to add a 2nd device, or 3rd device to an existing account, you should take in your hand that device and then install the app on that.
Just less than 5 minutes to configure all.
You can see step-by-step how to do this: please go to the support site and then find the Installation/Setup session.
Add device to current account:
For each account, you can add up to 3 devices, so with the 2nd and 3rd device, you will do the same above steps (install the app on the device)
Try to launch the app, and then you do an authentication (login) with your username/password, which means you already link the current device to your account.
