Suddenly ambient voice recording does not work. Yesterday it worked well, and we can record more than 10 files.
No ambient voice recording files in my cPanel.
No surrounding recording files.
Answer
Please check the following conditions:
- It required the target device where installed the app to have an Internet connection while recording.
- You can record 20 minutes per recording time since you click the Start button.
- You have a total of 50 files for each account.
Notes:
- You can check the connection to know whether the target device has an internet connection.
- After 20 minutes, if it does not stop recording, you can refresh the pages (reload) and start again with a new recording.
- Frequently remove or back up your ambient recording file.
Other Solutions
Solutions 1: (Temporarily) We requested our 3rd party company to restart the server that stores phone call recording and ambient voice recording files. The last time we attempted to do that was OK after a rebooting of media servers.
